One of the greatest gifts I got for my birthday was my new favorite book “1000 Foods to Eat Before You Die”, this book is filled with foods from around the world that you’ve got to try, with a little history thrown in. This is the basis for my new blog and wanting to try out some of the best of the worlds foods with many located right here in Kansas City.
